*Attraction category code
Select at least one, incl. the Name of the attraction and the Distance to the hotel. (Only the most important and relevant ones).

*Business Srvc Type
Only services available at the hotel must be selected. Charge or Free must be indicated.
If the amenity name doesn’t include “Free”, “Complimentary” or “Included”, enter a charge amount with no decimal (or enter “0” if it is free of charge).
- Internet Amenities: If selected, enter a charge amount with no decimals (or enter ‘0’ if it is free of charge)
*Hotel Amenity Code
Select only amenities available at the hotel.
Exception: ATM Machine & Parking can be selected within walking distance. Charge or Free must be indicated)
NOTE: Hotel Amenities such 24hours Front Desk, Security, Reception, air-conditioning etc. should be selected without any additional text.
- Restaurant: Number of restaurants located on the premises must be listed
- Elevators: Number of elevators (if applicable)
- Meeting Rooms: Number of Meeting rooms (if applicable)
- Children Welcome: Children Policy Text required

Select the most appropriate for the hotel. Name and distance are not required
Main Cuisine Code:
Select only the ones the hotel offers on the premises
*Meal Plan Type:
Only meal plans available at the restaurant/breakfast bar/cafeteria located on the hotel premises.
If the amenity name doesn’t include “Free”, “Complimentary” or “Included”, enter a charge amount with no decimal (or enter “0” if it is free of charge).
Note: Select Room Only if hotel does not provide meal plans - do not enter 0 or any charge amount indication
For Hotels with no Breakfast/Meal Plan included in the Rates:
- Option 1: Select “Room Only”, then go to Preview Edit All>Additional Information> Dining Information and indicate that meals can be booked upon arrival at the hotel for an addition charge.
- Option 2: Select the relevant meal plans and load the highest meal plan rate (Whole Amount)
Meeting Room Code
Select only Meeting Room Codes that are available on hotel premises. Free or Charges must be indicated for selected options
Meeting Room Format code - Mandatory for hotels with meeting/conference facilities
Select only the meeting room types that are available on hotel premises. Indicate the seating capacity for each selection. Enter the Max. Occupancy of the largest meeting room.
*Pet Policy Code
If Pets are allowed is selected, the relevant fields must be checked; and any additional charges or weight restrictions must be defined
*Property Class Type
Select up to 3 types that provides the best description for the hotel
Recreation Srvc Detail Code
Only select recreation codes that are available on hotel premises. Indicate charges if applicable
Recreation Srvc Type
- If Off-Site: Indicate the distance from the hotel (mi/km)
- If On-Site: Indicate charges
Restaurant Category Code
Only select for restaurant/cafeteria located on hotel premises
Restaurant Srvc Info
Select only if offered at hotel’s restaurant/cafeteria/buffet. For relevant services indicate if free or enter a charge amount
Round Tables
Enter the number of round tables, if applicable
Security Features
Select all security features available at the hotel

Select the most relevant from the list
- Fire Safety Compliant - S. Hotels only: Enter Yes only if the property meets U.S. Government Fire & Safety standards

If selected, indicate the number of tables

Means of transportation from the airport to the hotel, distance (mi/km) and name if applicable

Bed Type
Select Bed Types available in the rooms. If selected, also indicate the number of rooms with the bed

All listings under Guest Room Info require a number if selected
- Floors: Number of floors (Ground floor is Floor 1)
- Total Rooms: Number of all Rooms, Suites and Apartments

Where applicable, indicate the following:

Ensure the amenities listed in the free form text in Additional Information and Room Descriptions in Room Types are listed (and selected) in Preview Edit All>Property Amenities and Room Features.

Meets/Exceeds Building Codes: for U.S. properties only. Select Yes or No
Area Attraction: At least one is required. Add Attraction Name and Distance to Hotel
Award recognition: Star Rating - Must be the same as the one selected in the Star Rating field
Check-in & Check-out time: Military Time. Example: 1400
Corporate Location Information: Very useful for Business Hotels. List of important Corporations with distances to the Hotel in km/mi
General Commission info: Travel Agent Commission Percentage
General Meeting Information: If applicable, meeting room and contact information for meetings rooms must be added here (phone, email address).

On-Site Facilities Text: Only for Hotels with Meeting Rooms/Conference Facilities. Detailed Information of the Meeting Rooms/Conference Facilities located on the premises, Room Name(s), Max Capacity, Meeting Rooms descriptions etc..
General Policy Information: Same Text as in Children Welcome.
General Transportation Information: List of the means of transport to reach the hotel or available at the hotel
Landmark: This is used by the Sabre GDS and should contain an important attraction that is closest to the property. Only 19 characters are accepted.
Miscellaneous Information: any information that is deemed important by the hotel but not reflected in any other fields
Search City: High Selling Point City the hotel is located or the nearest City important for hotel’s business. City Name only
Kids Stay Free: Select Yes (otherwise please do not select) -If applicable
Recreation information: List the recreation facilities available at the hotel or nearby (distance required) Example: Pool, Sauna, Park-0.3km
Security information: list the security features at the hotel
Usual Stay Free Child Per Adult: Total number of children the hotel will allow to stay free in a room with a single adult (otherwise please do not select) - If applicable.
Usual Stay Free Cut-Off Age: Cut Off Age until Children Stay Free as per Hotel’s Children Policy (otherwise please do not select) - If applicable.
Year Built: Enter the year Example: 2014
Year Renovated: Relevant only for hotels with Year Build earlier than 5 years from the current year
Additional Property Location Code: Additional location information
Area information: Do not include any special characters to the text
Breakfast Items: Information for breakfast serving at the restaurant, Hours etc.
Cancelation Policy: Default Cancelation Policy Text in Preferences can be uploaded here along with any Seasonal Cancelation Policies if applicable. (optional field)
Check in Instructions: Mandatory for hotels that work with a Central Reservation Number. The below Text or similar text must be uploaded here:
There is a 24 hrs support that can be contacted in case of emergency and that after the booking the customer is provided with a telephone number that can be used if help is needed for the check-in or else. Contact number: ….
Child Policy Description: Same Text as in Children Welcome and General Policy Information can be uploaded here (optional field)
Dining Information: High Selling Point. List of Restaurant(s)/Café(s)/Bar(s) located on the premises ( Add Opening Hours, Cuisine ) (optional field)
- For Hotels with Breakfast/Meal Plan NOT INCLUDED in the Rates:
IF Room Only SELECTED under Meal Plan Type in Property Amenities then please load that Breakfast (or any other meal) can be booked upon arrival at the hotel for addition charge
Nearby Restaurants: Cuisine and Distance in km from the hotel must be given (optional field)
Driving directions: Driving Directions from the Main Airport to the Hotel (Use Google Maps)
Extended stay information: Relevant information with contact details (optional field)
Hotel information: At least 5-6 lines. Description of Hotel Amenities/Facilities/hotel location
Marketing text: Must be different from the Hotel Information Text. Hotel’s Facilities & Amenities, Recreations On-Site, Room Descriptions
On-Site Property Text: Any other hotel information that is not reflect in the other fields. We do not encourage to complete this field. (optional field)
On-Site Recreational Text: Detailed Information on Recreational Services/Facilities, such as Opening Hours, Service Types etc..
Parking: Describe parking options at the hotel or nearby (distance required)
Pets: Text -must be the same as the Pet Policy in Property Amenities>Pets Policy Code
Primary Point of Interest: high selling point. (optional field)
Example:
Reservation Agreement: Free Text (optional field)
Room Information: HIGH SELLING POINT. General information about hotel rooms highlighting amenities and the décor for all of room types, or list of hotel rooms with descriptions. Information on Rollaways availability. (optional field)
Tag Line: If using the Tag Line for date specific information be sure to inform the hotel to keep this information updated regularly, for example ‘the pool will be closed from 15Sep to 30Sep 2017 for maintenance’ (optional field)
Tax Information: Same Default Lodging Tax Policy Text loaded in Preferences (optional field)
