Use the Alternate Properties menu to create a listing of properties that are returned in an availability search when your property is unavailable.
An alternate property can only be added if it is within the same chain and same city as your property.
You can also add a Referral Property if it is outside of your chain, but should be returned in an availability search when your hotel is unavailable. As this is a referral, the guest seeking a reservation cannot directly book the referral property.
Click on Add Alternate or Add Referral to add a property.
Click on Refresh after adding an Alternate/Referral property to update the display.
Click on Inactivate to remove a property.

Adding a new alternate or referral property
Enter the name of the property in the Search field and click on Go.
Select the alternative property by clicking on the radio button.
Select the Type of property and enter the Direction and Distance information.
