For properties using an interface to update rate information in RVNG, there is now a

preference that will auto-check the “Allow External Changes?” box in Rate Setup.

To enable Allow External Changes:

In Preferences select the type PMM – Default Allow External Changes Y/N and set the value to Yes.

If the above preference is set when a new rate is created, the field Allow External Changes will

be checked by default.
