The Copy Rate feature located in Inventory/Rates now includes new additional options and mandatory fields for added functionalities.

Right-click on a rate to see the Copy Rate option.

New Rate Plan Code is for the External Reference code in Rate Setup. This should be the code used for the PMS/Channel Manager.

Notification Email is now a mandatory field. Once the rate copy is complete, an email notification will be sent to this email address.

If Include Conversions is checked, the New Rate Plan Code value will be used for any copied non-GDS channel conversions, which eliminates the chance of having duplicate records. GDS conversion records will be replaced with a unique automatically generated GDS code.
