House Controls allows for restrictions such as Minimum or Maximum Length of Stay to be set at a property level.

Navigate to: Rate and Inventory > House Controls

• Select a Date Range for the controls you wish to apply
• Add an additional date range if applicable

• Select the applicable day(s) of the week, within the previously selected date range(s)

• Select the Controls that will apply to the selected date range(s):
  • Open: Available to book
  • Closed: Not available to book
  • Closed to Arrival: No option to check in
  • Closed to Departure: No option to check out
  • Min LOS: Minimum length of stay based on the arrival stay through date
  • Max LOS: Maximum length of stay based on the arrival stay through date
  • Full Pattern LOS: A set option of length of stays the guest can choose from 

Room Selection options:

• Apply to selected rooms in all rate plans

• Apply to selected rooms by rate plan association

• Apply by rate classification

• Click on Apply Control to continue

• Confirm your changes after reviewing the Summary
