CRS

New Excel File Upload Feature for Compound Access Codes

Access codes are utilized to access specific rate plans that may not be available in the general rate search results. Some properties may have many access codes to create at one time and save time by uploading them in bulk using an Excel spreadsheet. Customers have found this feature so helpful that we’re adding that same capability to compound access codes, which can have multiple rate plans associated to the same access code.

Behind-the-curtain Performance Overhaul

A few customers reported slow loading times and occasional timeouts on the No Show Management page when fetching large amounts of reservation details. We’ve addressed these performance issues and eliminated this issue.

The Rate Plan Setup “Booking End Time” field is Fixed.

The Booking End Time field is now working correctly.

Booking Engine

We’re updating the RT4 booking engine so that when you use a vanity URL domain, it will be carried through to the Access Code and Compound Access Code URLs.
