The Approver: 

• An approver is an admin
• An approver can approve, or disapprove, a campaign and move the campaign to the Schedule tab
• To be an approver, you must be listed as an approver in the Authorized Approvers tab

What is a seed list?

A seed list is a list of emails that can be added in addition to the audience list setup on the Criteria tab. A seed list makes it easier and faster to group together users that should receive a copy of the email campaign.

There are three different seed lists. 

Global Seed List: This is selected in the campaign setup with the email type. This can be added to all email campaigns.

Group Seed List:  This is selected in the campaign setup process on the Criteria tab. This list of emails is also in addition to the criteria. The recipients get a copy of the email that is not personalized to them, but using a profile from the criteria.

Test Seed List: This is selected in the campaign setup process on the Criteria tab. This list of emails is also in addition to the criteria. The recipients get a copy of the email that is not personalized to them, but using a profile from the criteria. This can also be utilized when sending out a test email for the campaign. You can select individuals on the test list group or the list as a whole. It makes the step of sending a test campaign one easy step instead to sending it to yourself and forwarding on, which can cause rendering issues.
