Properties have the option to gather additional booking information from the guest. This can help the hotel to enhance the guest's experience, whilst being prepared for any requests they may have.
Navigate to: Guest Preferences Questions > Add New
- Select the type of question that you want to set up. Depending on your selection, some additional (or less) options may display on the screen
- Select whether the question applies to the whole reservation, or if it is specific to the room
- Mandatory questions have to be answered in order to successfully complete the booking
- The question will be prompted on reservations made through selected channels only
- Activate Show on Booking UI to activate the question on the Booking Engine
- Select the type of rooms it should be displayed for
- Use this option if the question you are setting up should be following a previously answered one
- The below options may vary depending on the type of question you have selected
- If the property is connected to a PMS, the question can be displayed as a comment or special request in the reservation information
- After completing all fields, save your changes
