Pre/Post emails can be used to send reminders to guests before their arrival, to encourage them to take advantage of their concierge services, or to ask a guest to leave a review after they have checked out.
Navigate to Pre/Post Emails > Add New
- Enter a Name for the email
- Select the Email Type
- Set the status to Enable if the email should be active
- Select a pre-created Template from the drop-down box
Refer to this article to learn how to create a template
- Configure the email options, such as the Greeting and the default Email subject
- Schedule the email sending by selecting the days and Time
- Set up additional criteria as needed and click on Save to validate your entries
- To edit, copy or delete an existing email, navigate to Pre/Post Emails > List All
