With Room Thresholds you can limit the inventory across channels within the CRS. This can be done at Room Type and Property level.

Please note that property level inventory can only be managed with the PMS's Opera and VisualOne .

To enable this feature, please contact your Client Services Manager or support team.

Navigate to: Rates and Inventory > Manage Room Thresholds

• Select the date range you wish to apply the thresholds for
• Click on Load Details

Quick Fill Table 

• This option allows you to quickly fill all required fields for the previously selected date range
  • Select applicable dates within the date range
  • Select the Channels  that should be affected
  • Select the Rooms  that will have a threshold
  • Enter the Threshold value
  • Click on Quick Entry to apply your selection, and then click on Update at the bottom of the page

Channel Table

• You also have the option enter Threshold values directly into the fields enabled on the table, for each available channels. 
• Click on Update to confirm your changes
