No Show Management allows you to keep your reservation data as up to date as possible. This page displays a list of all the reservations made during the past 30 days for the property.
By marking them as no show reservations the property hotel will not be invoiced for those bookings.
Tip
It is recommended to update no-shows on a regular basis.
Go to Reservations Management > No Show Management
- Click on the Non-Cancelled Reservations for past 30 days.
- Specify the number of days for which you want to view the reservations, or select a date range.
- You can also filter the information based on specific parameters such as Guest First Name, Guest Last Name, Check-In Date, or Check-Out Date.
- Form the No-Show column check the no-show reservations and click on Update No-Show Information.
