This option allows you to group rooms into categories in Cendyn CRS. Once configured, the categories will be visible in the Booking Engine.

To add a new room category, navigate to Rooms > Room Categories

• Ensure that the option Enable Room Categories is enabled and click on  Add New Category

• Enter new Category Name and click on Save

• The new room category is now listed on the menu page. Add more categories as needed, or click on Delete to remove previously created ones.

• Once created successfully, the category can be selected during the room creation process,

on the Rooms > Add New page
